I stumbled into my first yoga class on a trip to Nepal in 2014, and it’s been part of my life ever since. I’ve always loved the balance between the challenge of vinyasa and the grounding of yin, which led me to complete my 200-hour training with Yoga Renew and my 300-hour with ULU Yoga in Bali. My vinyasa classes are playful and energizing - a space to shake off the day and just feel good. My yin classes are slower and deeply relaxing, closing with a sound bowl savasana to help you fully unwind and come back home to yourself.
